Terms of service

1. Who we are
Effold is a product of Growth Stack (RC 1542771, 7/9 Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island, Lagos) ("we", "us"). It provides online business software ("the service") to companies ("you"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping passwords private. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Free trial and plans
New accounts get a free trial with one industry pack. After the trial you pay in advance for the plan length you choose. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change at the start of a new plan length; we will tell you before they do.
4. Late payment
If a plan ends without payment, the service keeps working for a grace period. After that your staff app becomes read-only and your company website is paused until you pay. We do not delete your data because a payment is late.
5. Payments from your customers
Online payments from your customers are processed by Paystack and settle to your company's bank account. You are responsible for your prices, refunds and the goods or services you sell.
6. Your data
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Effold to break the law, send spam, or harm other people or companies.
8. Changes and ending the service
You can stop using Effold at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We will give notice of material changes to these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
