About paying for Effold
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use Effold free for 14 days with one industry pack. You only pay when you choose a plan.
How is the price worked out?
You pay for each staff user, plus each industry pack on each company. Adding companies and branches is free, and your own customers never pay to use their portal.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans run for 3, 6 or 12 months, or 2 or 3 years, paid once by Paystack or bank transfer. The longer the plan, the bigger the discount, up to 20%.
Who counts as a staff user?
Anyone on your team who signs in to the staff app. Your customers, and anyone else using your portal, are free.
Can one company run more than one pack?
Yes. Add another pack to the same company, or to another of your companies, once you are on a paid plan. The free trial covers one pack.
What happens if I don't renew on time?
You get 7 days to renew. After that your staff can still see everything but can't make changes, and your website pauses until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
