Who we are
Effold is a product of Growth Stack (RC 1542771, 7/9 Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island, Lagos). Growth Stack is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us through our contact page.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and company details when you sign up; the records your team enters (customers, invoices, payments); and basic technical logs that keep the service secure.
Why we use it
To run the service, bill your account, send the emails you ask Effold to send, keep the service secure, and answer your questions. We do not sell personal data.
Your customers' data
When your company stores details of its own customers in Effold, your company decides how that data is used, and Effold processes it on your behalf.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help run Effold: hosting, database, email delivery and payments (Paystack). Each only receives what it needs.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Use the Contact page to reach us.
